Epsom salts (which you just buy at a drug store) mixed with lavender oil. You can use a few drops of food colouring which is just a vegetable compound to make it pretty. Just shake this up in a plastic bag and you have a lovely calming bath mixture for virtually pennies. I have been making this for years. In fact you can mix the epsom salts with just about any essential oils in order to deal with all manner of moods. Hope this helps, and Merry Christmas.
