I just had surgery 1 week ago. What vitamins, minerals, herbs or/and tonic preparation is good for healing? What is the best source of iron supplement that is good for iron-deficiency anemia?

  1. noni juice made from hawaii or other tropical area’s. you can easily get it at the health food store.
    please check it out!!
It’s VERY VERY healthy for you!! I just bought 3 bottles

  2. Vitamin E has scar healing properties

As for Iron , The sulfate salt (gerrous sulfate yeilds the most elemental iron (actual iron)

followed by ferrous fumerate and ferrous gluconate

Obviously The sulfate would be best but the higher the dose the more risk of side effects such as contipation and GI upset

You may drink ortie tea (French word). It’s full of Iron. All green vegetables are wonderful for that: spinach, brocoli)

If you want your body to absorb the iron better, don’t eat too much dairy with it but rather have vitamin c (oranges and other fruits)

The best thing a diabetic can do to promote healing is keep tight blood sugar control.

Watch out for the guy below me who is promoting a scam cure for diabetes.
