It is likely a genetic anatomic problem if her sister went through the same thing Prayer and meditation are useless other than making you feel better about the situation. Stones herbs oils are useless, and if money is an issue, guess what...those things are not cheap either. Alties have mortages to pay too, they're not in the "health" business for altruistic reasons. I'm sorry to tell you this, but if the antibiotics and special food doesn't work, the kindest most humane thing to do would be to put the dog down. EDIT Sorry if you deal with reality.
